1. Who is this the LonHer brand for?

  • LonHer is for YOU! An all-inclusive brand, made to build community and make a difference.

2. When was LonHer established?

  • LonHer was founded in 2023. It was a passion and love for sneakers, turned into a dream to help others. A dream, turned reality.

3. Why buy used sneakers?

  • Like any other thrift store, take your pick: To save a coin! To find a hidden gem! To help reduce shoe waste! To repurpose a sole!

4. What types of shoes are accepted?

  • We accept all types of SNEAKERS. From athletic, to fashion, to lifestyle. It doesn't matter what you call them; "sneakers", "tennis shoes", "kicks". Think of it this way...can you walk AND run in them? If the answer is yes, you're in the right place!

5. What sizes does LonHer accept?

  • ALL SIZES. Babies, Kids, Women's, Men's, Extended Sizes. We want there to be something for EVERYONE!

7. When are new products added?

  • New products will be added as donations roll in. As of now, LonHer is run solely by the owner, so grace is requested as we embark on this journey together.

8. Do you ship internationally?

  • At this time, we don't offer international shipping, but hope to in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

9. Will you ever have new, exclusive shoe releases (Jordans, Collabs, player editions, etc.)?

  • Although the majority of the shoes will be pre-loved, you never know what you may find at this thrift store! Sign up for our newsletter, and keep your eyes peeled for updates and exclusive drops.

10. Are the shoes cleaned before I purchase them?

  • All of our Pre-Loved shoes are mildly disinfected and safely stored until ready to be Re-Loved.

11. Can I return my purchase?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

12. Are monetary donations accepted?

  • Yes, and THANK YOU! All monetary donations are gladly accepted and appreciated. Your generosity will help support the mission of making a difference in our communities, one sole at a time.
